Samuel L. Jackson first drew attention for his roles in Spike Lee's
films, Do the Right Thing, Mo' Better Blues and Jungle Fever.
His career really took off thanks to his brilliant 1994 performance
as Jules Winnfiled in Pulp Fiction which landed him global critical praise
and an Oscar Nomination. He has since become a formidable leading
man in films such as The Long Kiss Goodnight, Die Hard: With a Vengeance,
Jackie Brown
and Unbreakable. He appeared as Jedi Master Mace Windu
in Star Wars: Episode One - The Phanton Menace, a role he we again
play in the upcoming Star Wars: Episode Two.
